Renderings of 445 Vanderbilt Avenue – Marvel Architects

Construction has kicked off on a five-story, 43-unit apartment building at 445 Vanderbilt Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Loketch Group, the project’s primary developer, released renderings of the property early last year from Marvel Architects. The Meral Property Group is credited as co-developer of the project.

The residential component will span 44,875 square feet. This includes a mix of 43 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. As previously reported by YIMBY, available amenities will include a fitness room, a communal lounge, cold and dry storage facilities, and parking accommodations for 25 vehicles.

Updated renderings were posted on the construction fence, revealing a red and gray masonry façade with dark metal window framing. While unconfirmed, the presence of foliage atop a fifth floor setback and roof level could indicate a mix of private terraces for select units, or communal rooftop area.

The project team has not confirmed any plans for these outdoor amenity spaces. Anticipated pricing for the rental properties has also not been revealed.
