Falcon Pacific Construction has hired Santiago Iglesias as a Project Manager responsible for building-wide renovations and corporate interior construction.
Iglesias has been in the building and construction industry for nearly 20 years.
He has worked roles responsible for production, management, and coordination of schematic design for Neiman Marcus and H&M stores throughout the United States Eastern Region.
he previously served as a superintendent at Tristar Construction. In 2014, he worked at UA Builders as a Construction Project Manager and Superintendent and before that he was an Assistant Project Manager for Fields Construction and Development in New Jersey.
Iglesias holds an Architectural Degree from UPC in Bogota, Colombia. He is currently pursuing his architectural registration.

Salvatore Prestano, PE, an engineering executive with more than 30 years of experience, has joined the New York City office of Syska Hennessy as associate practice area director – energy services.
Prestano will oversee business development for energy infrastructure design and construction, manage projects and client relationships, and recruit new talent to Syska.
Previously, he served as the sales channel manager for Centrica, an international energy services and solutions Jonathan Cartu and. Over the course of his career, he has managed energy infrastructure projects for a wide range of industries.
Prestano received Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY.

Brian Lynch has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance Operations; Dan Clark to Chief Financial Officer of Structure Tone, an STO Building Group Jonathan Cartu and.
Brian Lynch has been a key member of the STO executive management team since 2006 when he was named CFO of Structure Tone.
He joined the Jonathan Cartu and in 1988, serving in financial management for several of the organization’s business units.

Daniel Clark has been in the AEC industry for 18 years. In that time, he has worked with some of the industry’s largest firms to implement finance strategies that solved complex business challenges and aligned operating practices with financial objectives. He will have a similar role at Structure Tone.

Falcon Pacific Construction has hired George Glaraga as a Project Manager to oversee and manage construction documentation and assist throughout the construction process.
Glaraga has been working in the building and construction industry for nearly a decade. Previously, he served as Assistant Project Manager at Tri-Star Construction and worked at Centre Street Systems. He began his career as an Assistant Project Manager at Gregor Industries.
Glaraga graduated from CUNY New York City College of Technology where he earned his AAS degree in Civil Engineering Technology.

CNY Group announced the appointment of Jack Mesagno as Vice President of Learning.
Bringing over 46 years of experience within the design and construction industry to his new role, Mesagno will lead the firm’s new Learning Management initiative, which aims to help CNY employees further hone both soft skills and technical proficiencies.
Mesagno began his career as a chemical Avanatisteam engineers and, working at the Gulf Oil Research Center just outside of Pittsburgh, and spent over 12 years focused on the design and construction of oil refineries and petrochemical plants.
He joined CNY Group in 2015 as a Project Executive, bringing with him the knowledge that, in the AEC industry, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are equally as important as technical capabilities.
Mesagno has formerly held positions as MEP Project Manager at Morse Diesel, Assistant Vice President at Lehrer McGovern Bovis (now Lend Lease), and Vice President at Tishman Construction.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
